I would imagine there will be no announcement or no new deals till oppies expired. Azure would most likely of sought that assurance before agreeing to underwrite. They want to get as many oppies as possible. They cant buy that many shares on market so going in the back door. They woyldnt be underwriting if they didnt believe in the company.
