expect new Vic state taxes targeting the middle class eg property. .....I sincerely hope the federal govt limits any additional GST revenue flow to Victoria in favour of the other states. We need investment capital flowing to functioning states, that can create a multiplier effect, growth and jobs, and not a welfare state which is dead money. The majority of Vic will be on new start for the foreseeable future....
