sound good in theory ,a merger of equals ? its happened before in west africa.

I would think that amx managment are favouring two scenarios:

1. majority cash offer over $480 mill for starters (the big boys could do this with ease)

2. Take the project to mining, and look for organic growth over the next 3 decades through a pipeline of new deposits up and down the strike (and off the strike at foumbirri). And likely a few acquisitions along the way. there are plenty of good up an coming project in thier vacinity (BOE,CAY ect)

But anything can and will happen in this game. An interesting and pivitol year for amx, no doubt about that.
