I think all the insiders got out some time a go when they saw the writing on the all and there was some value to recover. Can't spend that amount of money on exploration whilst continuing to get (outside of Konkera) underwhelming results.
Wouldn't have got too excited about Plutonic, will be hard work and have its challenges, Barrick happy to exit. Good luck to nst though, have done well.
