Huaneng you sound as though you know what your talking about.Unfortunately this company no doubt has the experts in charge, which is where everything falls over.
Where I work we also have technical experts who constantly lead the company down the path of destruction,the world is full of people in high places who speak crap and people beleive them,take K Rudd for example. What this company is lacking is someone with common sense who can get on with it and start working in the interests of shareholders, to take from Nov 09 until now to evaluate whats down the hole is ridiculous.
