I was one that couldn't even get to the HC site for 2 days using IE and chrome. Done everything even contacted HC and did what they said and nothing until I get an email from HC in an unrelated matter and at the bottom of the page is there link. I click on the link to and bingo I'm in to the new site.
Maybe everyone should have got an email saying use this link may have solved a lot of issues.
The new site I didn't like at first but once you played around a little it became easy to use and I think with a few adjustments here and there it would have come easy to use.
