Bill, you have me puzzled with this post. As far as I remember you have been posting since prior to the AGM. Your acquaintances 'smiles' will have been known well before you started posting judging by how you have described the scenario. Why do you feel the need to tell us about this now? This is useful information, yet you have held off telling us for three months during which time the share price has had a precipitous fall.
I'm baffled! Did you not feel it was not important enough to tell us when the price was higher or you just couldn't be bothered until now?
