You yourself use the word waste. And there is a small "hill" of it. And it's been growing in the last 5 years.
So to be cautious remove it until u have a plan that can be implemented.

If this is in Australia and the waste is just a few km from Sydney. U expect it to be removed too.
Too many people here just refuse to accept this and ramble off.
