think you guys been watching one too many episodes of NCIS (think that is what program is called?!?). Come back to the original questions, why was an investigation required in the first place, and was it appropriate for the expense to be paid on criedit card. Any serious response would say no to both.
The only investigation i can see which was required, is what the heck JH was up to?!?
