Right on the money mate. If I may, I would like to add few things.

In addition to your obvious requests to management, I would also suggest:

1. that an announcement shortly after the TSX announcement should be released, detailing the upgrading of our corporate finance consultancy/corporate advisor to one of global repute and large scale (JP Morgan, Nomura, Morgan Stanley, etc). Pattersons for me have run their course and although have certainly initially supported the Company at a time where others may not have, allowed their fervor to diminish over the last 2 years with some inexcusable gaffes in advice and lack of direct support. The time has come for an upgrade.

2. Agreeing with your 8th point pertaining to a line of credit, I would like to add that management should consider enlisting a specialist Oil trading desk in order to a) monetise the oil, and b) gain assistance in financing further Company objectives with a debt facility

3. I simply couldn't agree with you more CB on your assertion that to allow the Rig to leave now and NOT complete a second well would be tantamount to incomprehensible lunacy. Given their continued (and justifiable) interest in pursuing a TSX listing this year, it would be pertinent to offer a de-risked project in a package that investors and corporate financiers will be able to properly consider. Given the economic hardship suffered by many financiers, the appetite for risk has diminished, ergo a project offering only one producing well could be a bridge too far for many investors and corporates, so this provides a strong rationale to give consideration to the extension of this drilling program to another well capable of multiple horizontal legs



Anyway those are my two cents.
