    Totally agree with the parent statement has nothing to do with a person's ability to run a company. Shareholders don't need to know. What I am concerned with is if only 2 financial institutions went through the data room. Why were we told 80?
    If this is true, how is this not fraud? Please explain. In my considered opinion.
