I wonder if the Court Case in the dear old US of A has anything to do with it.

After all it has been going on for years now and it will soon have to raise it's ugly head.

The so called "Frivolous Issue" will soon have to be decided in which way it will turn as there will be a time that Appeals avenues will reach an end.

This Board might now decide that it is going to be better to seat at the round table and see what can be done about it. It cannot continue to be spending millions of dollars with no progress, nor prospects of ending.

Time will tell.
