Hope Nick Curtis replies but I won't be surprised if he doesn't or replies in vague fashion .... he has been too busy making money on the side as head of Forge (recouped the loss of shares arising from the non sale of Lynas asset to Forge), and hopefully for him, Forrestania too. And there was no plan B either ...
But Nick probably had his lifeboat ready a long time ago... if the TOL non issuance continues I think Lynas might be better off with a new CEO and Chair to see it beyond the Malay debacle ...
