    Dear Mr. Elliot,

    A month has passed since the last AGM and since you have made the firm undertaking to improve the PR side of the company.

    I am not aware of any move or any plans by the Board to comply with your undertaking - the EWC web site does not mention any plans and contributors to HC have not come forward with any knowledge of same.

    Prior to embarking on your well earned holiday, could you please advise the shareholders of the Board's plans re this issue and commit to a implementation timetable.

    Please remember that by failing to protect the Company by taking charge of publicity with positive news, the Board is leaving the door wide open to adverse publicity by hostile media, other ill wishers and manipulators.
