    Dear Mr. Elliot,

    I hope that your holiday was rewarding and that you are now refreshed and ready to face the challenges of guiding EWC towards the long awaited and much promised success.

    May I remind you that at the 2012 AGM you have made a firm undertaking regarding tackling the niggling PR issue without further delay.

    Two months later and in the absence of any relevant developments, I would be most grateful for the earliest advice from the Board regarding this matter.
