I did not manage to get any more information of the appeal at the law courts in the Strand, London, apart from the listing of the appeal itself. Did you find out anything of interest?
I note from one of your recent posts that you are also a UK investor like myself.
You mention a current UK heatwave. The last UK heatwave, I think was in 1976. I missed that one as I was mining iron ore in the Pilbara in the north west of WA.
