1.Why are the Norseman companies now private as from being a public company?
2.How does this affect the rights of the shareholders?
3.What say did the shareholders have in the switch from being shareholers in a public company to 2 private companies?
4.What is the reason for the change from public to private?
5.Has the company ,the public one, been officially wound up and if not why not?
6.By being wound up I can then offset my losses against any profits I make on other share dealings.This is the procedure under English law.I take it we are still under the umbrella of English law ?
