Thanks for your letter today.
I hope you enjoyed your latest sojourn off in Europe at the Company's expense and first class was up to its usual standard. Let's also hope it's your last.

So you think all the other director's consider you are the man to keep the ship off the rocks and will bring joys and riches to all who sail with you. You poor sod. You poor deluded sod.

To all the directors who signed off on this rubbish...if you want to put a supreme under-performer such as Jones before this science, then can the last of you out the door please leave the lights on, there are many who would like to have their name attached to this science and will fill your shoes on the Board in a heartbeat.
With luck the new board will be able to cancel all your options as well.
