Just two directors left, company still registered as active, no information being made available to investors whom purchased either as NGL:LSE or NGX:ASX.

Big questions to be answered are

1)Why did they de-list from both exchanges?
2)If the company is still active is it trading?
3) Whom are current registrars for share holders?

I just want to be able to ascertain if my shares in NGL are still valid. I reckon they are most probably are but are worthless, not sure.

I think but am not sure if Central Norseman Gold is a subsidiary of Norseman Gold PLC and if that is the case then maybe we NGL and NGX share holders still have a valid interest in the gold mine.

Not expecting you to answer all of my questions but any info you have obtained or anyone else out there would be most appreciated.
