That really struck a chord with me Mazwegian. Been scolded by a woman for holding a door open for her and in a couple of companies I've worked for, there's been one or two female managers, then a couple more get appointed because the company feels pressured, then the ones who earnt they're place before the push for more women totally have their authority and legitimacy undermined because the guys on the ground don't know the difference.
