The Chinese have found an opportunity to T/O a badly run company. The Directors have made such a mess of it. Now they are telling you that after stuffing the company the Chinese are going to give them cash for 51% and trust their expertise to resurrect the dog. The Directors know it, The chinese know it. These Directors will be gone and do well out promoting the T/o and the Chinese will get on with the job. This is probably the best option for Shareholders.This is a sham from the Directors. Its disgraceful.
I got out months ago severly dissapointed with management. The chinese must be loving the mess FML is in.Obviously they know it has potential.
