The shares can only be issued when SD stump up the cash. Therefore your whole post is misleading and inaccurate. I am just trying to be factual.
The pig farmer had his own money that was the point js - you missed the whole point by a country mile. He had the energy to do the job - FML need capital to maximise share holder value from highly prospective, high quality assets.
I substantiate my comment by referring you to the 227,500,000 reasons put up as an offer by SD after taking qualified professionals over the tenements. Perhaps they were more qualified than short sellers.
