I couldnt believe my ears that apparently we could have got a 20% investor at better than 5c. In other words a real *investor*, not a takeover in sheeps clothing, and at a better price.

I mean, if we need 250 million, the first thing you do is light a fire under the SP and in the current environment, raising 50mil at 6 cents would have added significantly to the upward impetus the SP already had.

Then perform more raisings latter on much better terms!

There is no question that extra $$ will unlock more value quicker. That is not the issue - the issue if MORE VALUE FOR WHO?
