Been searching around and found some basic info re PAJA...
http://www.justice.gov.za/paja/about/terms.htm
JUSTICE seems a pretty good site to look at,imo.
says
"The PAJA sets out the procedures and grounds for challenging a particular type of government action - administrative action. If someone feels that a decision by an administrator is unlawful, unreasonable or that fair procedures were not followed, they can approach a court for judicial review of the decision." continues
Can we find out the grounds for Anglo/ARM 's paja?
If they feel something is unlawful etc etc.... could we be made aware of the grounds for their position? and over exactly what grounds/land? that position/paja relates...
the details must exist somewhere according to the justice site as I read it...the paja sets it all out....and is no secret...imho
Who should provide this information?
The SA government?
The SA justice dept?
Who can we ask?
Anglo and Arm must ave set it all down somewhere official?
administerative?.... so why cant we get hold of the grounds for this PAJA and what proceedures are next..
Seems we lack these basic details, imo.
