    Hi,
I hear you loud and clear.

We are in a HIGH interest rate environment. Reserve banks globally have also taken the accelerator off the money printing machine (reducing government bonds on issue), so there is significantly less money to go around. It is much harder for anyone to raise any funds.
Yes, we have a resource, but we are an explorer with NO INCOME. In markets like this explorers and anyone running at a loss gets SMASHED (look at BRN for example).

In hindsight, we were never worth $500m (when we were $2 a share) and kudos to anyone who sold at the peak, but we are definitely worth more than $50m. The market looks at all the risks and alternatives.

Even with good drill results, our share price isn't going anywhere significant until interest rates come down and governments start printing money. We all know it's going to happen , but when? Maybe 6 months or so. We'll be treading water till then or might have the chance to buy for 18c, who knows. Investing takes patience and balls.

Look back to PLS when the first went into production and the Lithium price shit itself. They had a high interest rate loan and were close to going under. Their share prices dropped to about 15c (had a previous peak around $1. Their neighbor, Altura shit the the bed. Australian Super stepped in and helped PLS buy Altura and refinance at a much lower rate.

At the moment, our valuation is based on the following:
NPV of korbel + investments (say $900m)
The NPV is essentially as of the date MINING starts to translate to TODAY'S value ie: 5 years. discount rate @ 15%pa (which equates 1/2 of npv) ($450m)
less costs of additional exploration and reports and/or dilution to cover the extra costs - say $100m?

That leaves $350m - now take the risk factors ie: rates stay higher for longer, gold dives , mining approvals not issued , new Alaskan tax

What would someone like old mate at Yandal want? 5 bags? 10 bags? That puts us at a market cap of $35 to $70m

In shit times, the RISKS are exaggerated and investors are less willing /have higher expectations of potential returns.

In a good market, IF we have mining leases/approvals issued and all environmental reports are in order, with DFS done, we should be around half of NPV, depending overall size & margins.

PRU is smashing it with cash in the bank and is only trading at half their NPV. WGX isn't much better and RED is around 63%. PNR is less than half of NPV, because of their issues at Norseman.

I wish our share price was better, but if you take a step back and see where we are, I can understand why. Management cannot control the market and would get busted if they tried

You just need to ask yourself, do you think Donlin will ever get mined? Do you think gold will eventual sit (not just hit) $2,500 usd/oz? If you answered yes and yes, sit tight. If not, nva is not for you

.Donlin is a HUGE deposit, if it doesn't get started, then I'd be skeptical NVA would ever get started. But once Donlin is producing and can show great margins, Nova will almost be a sure thing
