Dear Ryan, I know you read this stuff periodically at least mate so could you pls throw us LTers a bit of a 'life-line'/update if you have time?? We all know it's a good product, good market, great potential and you all seem to have a solid future vision of company direction but evidently overall team morale is at an all time low so a bit of a team pep-talk right now in the dressing sheds at half-time from the inspirational captain wouldn't go astray....
