Dear SHP management,

Hope you are having a good day at SHP HQ.

It would appear that a number of posters here on this forum are gravely concerned with the direction the company is taking, more specifically with:
- Large, profitable acquisition e.g. YHD - "needs a CR to fund, dilution, no thanks"
- Small, add-on acquisitions e.g. wowbaby - "too small, too many, too much to integrate, no good"

One would then think the best possible way forward could be to:
- Push that big red button to stop or terminate all acquisitions and any other growth initiatives the company may be working on
- Terminate all CR activites, and refund and compensate Pattersons and all other parties involved
- Go back to your office, don't do too much but make sure you keep earning your salaries, bonuses and other incentives in the meantime (at least until cash runs out at some point with revenue on the decline)

That way with a better degree of certainty, some may be more inclined to invest in your company than perhaps other growth/speculative companies.

Trust that you would put some serious consideration into the above.
