    The bona-fide disable will not have a problem.

    Actually they will. They will have more paperwork, more "specialist opinions", more hassles.

    My daughter's problem was diagnosed to my satisfaction 30 years ago and diagnosed as irreversible. Since then we have handled it ourselves without a "case professional" or specialist. There is nothing they can do so why remind the lady of her disability? She is content. This regulation would change all that.
