Its very simple, people with legit disabilities have nothing to worry about, they will be taken care of. The system is rampant with abuse and Mr Abbott wants to clean it up.
Cant see any problem with stopping bludgers milking the system, those making noise about it obviously are worried about their racket coming to an end.
