While I don't see this to be of great interests to GGG shareholders Mr Barnes (rimbal) was in the federal court today for his appeal. The result was a total acquittal on all charges by all 3 judges (from a press friend). Perhaps this has some bearing to yourself and others though I can't see how.
You put this information on this tread a few months ago (jail bird) so I thought it would be nice to inform you of this fact.
