Focusing for the moment on the ominous sounding death cross. Its a nice looking very ugly chart that our friend has posted.

Exactly what happens when the hot air goes out of a share price that has been pumped for artificial reasons.

So Abdm I think you are being little rash when you say it can be ignored. I think it explains the past rather well given that the fundamentals haven’t changed for OBJ in the last few months.

For predictions – lagging indicators – momentum crossovers – well sort of interesting. But always within a bigger picture. OBJ sp movements are hardly comparable to index or gold movements where these indicators can be self-fulfilling.

I suspect the bigger picture around the cr – underwriters – the related parties to the cr will all prove more germane to what will transpire.

And in this light Abdm unfortunately I’m my gloomy self. I think this cr is going to be much trickier than people think.

This must be the only cr I’ve seen where company supporters seem to have zero confidence in the company to actually pull off, all on their own, what is actually planned for the money that is going to be raised from them. The only hope seems to be a white knight or rabbit out of the hat.

Everybody wants to talk about anything except sinking $2m of their money into the OBJ knee guard which is actually the deal thats on the table.

Anyway two companies – one address – both need money. Supporters in neither seem to support them. Watching a TV show at the moment – about two hurricanes that collide – a perfect storm. Looks like it doesn’t have a happy ending. But you never know – perhaps not as gloomy as that Surges character:)
