They are comparing rates in 3rd world contries without looking unto testing rates and protocols % positive etc with first wirld countries, then lump it all together and call it clean data. There is no analysis of outbreak status (see Georgia data around the 3rd sep) but then compare 7 days apart for meaningful information. I would be embarrassed to put my name on a paper like that and even worse go on Utube with Dr. In front of your name and use it to back any sort of opinion.
