I am against another form of tax, and certainly on death. Death tax was abolished for good reason imo.
You look at the money to be raised from such a tax. I see the other side of the coin, being treasury savings.
A large portion of inheritance recipients are on government welfare. Why can't they make efforts to stand on their own feet after receiving an inheritance, instead of continuing to sick on the teat?
