You look at the money to be raised from such a tax. I see the other side of the coin, being treasury savings.

A large portion of inheritance recipients are on government welfare. Why can't they make efforts to stand on their own feet after receiving an inheritance, instead of continuing to sick on the teat?

The USA is 40% & Japan is 55% and these are the # 1 & #3 Economies
China has zero, but we don't want an economy & a tax system styled on China...eh?
