stocks go up stocks go down , for various reasons this happens . imo news of the new deal were not taken favorably by some and panic ensued .also this brought on tax selling. however this co always survives in fact its 1 of my personal favorites ( for this reason ) i find the new deal potentialy far better than the original . i have always veiwed lfe as a mini CSL in the makeing .imo so have the markets . this new deal will give lfe this chance . they will own 5% of the new co . with a further 6% in the offering . the italians presently have 70% the the italian plasma mkt.this ipo will give them both access to more plasma and also the u.s mkt. LFE will continue to derive other revenues from parts of the seperate lfe bussiness also . the main game was always gradiflow and this give gradiflow new life . with the added bonus of it owning part 0f an experienced fractionator . imo the smart money is buying at present .
