You obviously did not read my post too well. They did take a pay cut in the way of a wage freeze for 18 months. CPI last year was 3.5%, they have asked for 3%. This is a reduction in real income as well. Selfish, yeah right!
Question: If these employee's are selfish, what does that make management with their exorbitant pay claims ?
