On the contrary BD instead of continually bashing the employees why dont you focus your attention on QF management for poor route structure, incorrect aircraft types.
The staff can only make do with the resources provided to them.
Management need to provide the correct resources and environment, and the airline will prosper like before.
But at the moment poor management is QFs biggest problem.
