I was under the impression that you could say nasty things about people if those things are true.
If, however you say nasty things about people and they aren't true then those people have some legal recourse against you.
Have I got it wrong? Or is it a matter of opinion?
IIRC Bolt got into trouble for saying some things that he was aware were false. But he said them anyway.
