You can fiddle around the edges and bring in salad bars or special oils, but that is not going to change the the fact that people just aren't interested anymore.
Rather than trying to salvage a once well known brand, CKF MUST re-invent. "Fast-casual" is now all the rage in the USA. It is taking over from previously dominant businesses such as McDonalds, but also from more "formal" casual restaurants. Eating is a fad. If you're in the game, you better keep up with the fads or you die.
