Hi As I See It He was a Convicted sex offender when he commited this henious crime. He should have been castrated then after his first offence. In Victoria a continual sex offender was jailed basicaly for life but the goodie goodies and the solicitors had this overturned to a 12 year jail sentence . There was expert evidence given at the time , that when he was released he would reoffend If he is to be released castrate the bar--stard now Regards Towie
