Best thing would be to rape him, wrap him in two plastic trash bags knotted at his head and feet and bury him alive in a grave covered by a mound of leaves...preferably kneeling and clutching a purple stuffed dolphin!
Culturally, it is perhaps unfortunate that we have taken the right of retribution out of the hands of the victims.
