I cannot express too much on an open forum but the problem with the company is Empire Securities, and the brothers. Management is not as much of a problem as the brothers, and as soon as they are removed we can begin progressing to production. At the moment there is a large majority of investors including majors whom have supported an EGM, and query a change in leadership. It will occur in the short term from my understanding.
In regards to takeovers and replacements, I suggest researching a number of individuals from Western Australia and Canada. There are many eyes on Indochine Mining thus even if management were to fail, I do not think everyone would stand by to let such a resource disappear. Thus, the company need to pull a rabbit out of the hat soon or the hat may be taken away from them. This is simply heresay, do your own research.
