    Say they just sold some of the assets on market. 25% off original price, and 60% gearing. That leaves 15% equity. Thats about ten times what you can buy the stock for.
    If the whole thing was liquidated and the proceeds distributed wouldnt it be a screaming buy at these prices? Like buying a $20 note for $2.
