Just an update on my home insurance premium rising but over 100%. I heard IGA announce today that they were raising their premiums by as much as 20%, so clearly I've been classified on a high risk group. I had my compliant escalated and the person that called me back said I had not been singled out and ever policy holder was copping the same treatment, clearly a load of B/S. I'll keep digging but I think the short answer is that they think I'm in a potential flood zone.
