Debenture Issue

Customers,
I note under the terms of the Debentures:
: Over subscribed
: Interest of 12%
:3% fee on capital issued in addition
: Total of 360,000,000 options to be issued at 2.5c
:Money can not be repaid earlier than 2 years
: No dividends will be paid during the earliest repayment of the loan- ie 2 years

Unless I have this wrong, what it means is that the company in 2 years will have paid back the debt, and will have 20mil or more in the bank (depending on what they do ) with a paid up processing plant.

I think our Directors are like a Ferret in a rabbit hole.
Had a ferret once- smart as.................
