    As the market closed MSC released details on several new offers.

    Is this good or bad news?

    The director's message seemed to promote positive developments in the QLD site and the business in general.

    The close was a little disappointing - however on the weekly chart MSC looks like heading upwards if it can maintain these levels.

    Hopefully MSC management can deliver of thier promises so we can see ~30c by x-mas :))
