    I covered that in my previous post harrydent. It's no certainty that Boart will make less than 32m, but even if they did, it's not the end of the company. For you to believe it is I guess you must also believe:

    1) resources sector won't improve in the next few years (meaning that BLY won't start making profit again and will never be able to recover)

    OR

    2) BLY won't be able to find 32m in a year when profit is zero.

    What about a capital raising? What about the banks just letting the loan grow a little on the basis that resources sector will likely recover? Even CNP can get an extension after extension, why not BLY? What about selling assets, or a takeover? What about cost cutting measures?

    I don't see the end of BLY picture you seem to be painting.
