Your comparison to cnp has some validity however shareholders lost 90% of the company to the banks in exchange for debt restructuring and cnp also has bricks and mortar assets. bly does not. I am a big holedr of bly, it is my biggest position. bly will survive if it continues to generate good cash flow and given it has minimal real assets the banks have nothing to gain by burying it other than the fact that they get a 100% deduction if they move on their debt now, but luckily they have other deductions elsewhere.
