Hoots, the $200m was clearly quoted as the "Rocklands Project". The Annual report refers to the project capital as $250m. But the 11th June clearly states the $300m Mineral Processing Plant.

So, if you take the company at its word .... :-), it is a $300m Mineral Processing Plant! With contracts to that value.

It is a big thing. It requires 9 cranes to put everything in place, and then everything needs connecting up with pumps, pipes, control systems, cabling, gangways .... not cheap, needing over 400 people .... not cheap, some of them will be on $300k/$400k p.a. IMO.
