Can anyone have a go at the current valuation of the Rocklands project ?

I friend told me last month that Rocklands could be valued between $250mil to $300mil ??.

I am a numerical person, but could not work out any believable figures based on the currently available information.

I have no glue atm. I admit that having to trade blindly at the 10% share price swing on the weekly basis.

me have no glue when to buy and hold...
